A) The purpose for which BELLAIRE HIGH SCHOOL ALUMNI ASSOCIATION is formed are to promote the interests of Bellaire High School, the students thereof, and all alumni of said high school.

B) BELLAIRE HIGH SCHOOL ALUMNI ASSOCIATION shall have the following authority in carrying out the foregoing purposes:

1) To sue or be sued;

2) To adopt a corporate seal and use the same;

3) To accept by gift, devise, or bequest, property of any kind or description, wheresoever situated;

4) To make donations, contributions and imporvements to and for the benefit of Bellaire High School, ot to an endowment fund established for the promotion of the same purposes of this Association;

5) To purchase or otherwise acquire, lease as lessor, encumber, sell, exchange, transfer, and dispose of porperty of any kind or description, wheresoever situated;

6) To enter ito contracts;

7) And to do all things permitted by law and to exercise all authority withing the purposes set forth herein and the articles.
