A) The only qualification for membership in Bellaire High School Alumni Association shall be that the individual seeking membership be an alumnus of Bellaire High School. Alumnus, for purposes of determining eligibility for membership, shall be defined as any person who has graduated from Bellaire High School as shown by the records of that institution, or other records authenticating their graduation, and any other person who has attended Bellaire High School, as shown by the records of that institution, or other records authenticating such fact of attendance, and has not graduated from some other high school. Automatic membership in the Association shall be afforded, without a payment of dues, for one year commencing in the year of graduation.

B) Any person seeking membership shall be required to fill out a membership dues application card containing such information as may from time to time be required by the Board of Trustees, which application shall then be submitted to the Association with an annual membership fee as to be determined by the Board of Trustees.

C) Any person who qualified for membership in Bellaire High School Alumni Association may elect to become a Lifetime Member of the Association and thereafter need not pay annual dues as provided for in subparagraph (B) hereof. Any person seeking Lifetime Membership shall be required to fill out a membership application card containing such information as may from time to time be required by the Board of Trustees, which application shall then be submitted to the Association with an annual membership fee computed as follows:

Lifetime Membership shall be complete upon receipt of the Lifetime Dues by the Board of Trustees and the delivery of a certificate of Lifetime Membership to the applicant.
